| The Wet Fish Cafe offers a culinary experience on the site of one of London’s original “wet fish” shops. The kitchen staff’s approach to food is eclectic, using the best seasonal ingredients, a dose of creative licence and, most of all, superb cooking skills. Honestly prepared food is the theme of the kitchen and the focus is on simple and fresh high quality food, cooked well. The produce is chosen carefully and each dish is made from scratch on-site. In addition to a selection of classic favourites, the wine list presents hidden gems from unusual grape varieties for you to try. Coffee is also considered a culinary art in its own right and the renowned cappuccinos are worth the visit alone.
