The modern European menu at Vivat Bacchus has clear influences both from the Pacific Rim and Africa, and is known to feature exotic meats such as zebra, kangaroo and springbok. In addition to the a la carte menu, sandwiches and sharing platters are available as well.
Cheese lovers are in for a treat, as the restaurant has its own cheese room featuring around 35 cheeses from several countries.
An extensive wine list features both old and new world wines, and has a particularly interesting and exciting South African offering. |
