In the middle of the day or at dinner time, only the best quality ingredients are used in Tamra’s kitchen to prepare irresistible dishes such as Chicken Roulade, Boeuf Bourguignon and Salad Nicoise. The meats used are organic, free range and locally sourced from the famous London-based family-run butchers, William Rose, whilst the fruits and vegetables are seasonally sourced whenever possible. |
