Situated by the central cocktail bar, the informal Skylon Grill restaurant offers light a la carte meals in a casual ambience. Capturing the creative energy of 21st century London, Skylon’s kitchen is led with love and a light touch by Helena Puolakka, one of the shining stars among female Head Chefs. Coupled with her Finnish origins, Helena’s talents come to the fore in the grill’s all day dining menu and the excellent children’s menu too. Signature dishes include Homemade Organic Gravadlax and Skylon Risotto.
