All of the meat comes from Rotunda’s own farm in Northumberland and is matured on-site, making speciality dishes such as the Tender Lamb Leg Steak, served with mint sauce and roast onions, truly irresistible. Another popular dish is the starter of Smoked Eel, with pressed beetroot and horseradish, and every meal can be complemented by a choice from the bar’s constantly evolving cocktail and wine lists. There is also an excellent range of beers available, both draught and bottled.
