| An intriguing and truly unique dining venue, Rootmaster operates out of an old brewery in the Brick Lane area of London, where a variety of vegetarian and vegan-friendly culinary delights are served in a refurbished and distinctive red double-decker bus! Offering a new concept in catering, the Rootmaster “bustaurant” has a fully fitted open plan kitchen on the lower deck, where you are able to see the kitchen staff hard at work. The cuisine focuses on Asian and European dishes, ranging from Gyoza and Teriyaki to Pizza Tart and the artistic Tofu Tower. Also incorporated on the lower deck is a take away hatch for those customers who want to grab a quick bite although for those wanting to sit down, the bus is fitted with a 28 cover restaurant upstairs with panoramic views all around. |

Open from 11:00 to 23:00, Monday to Saturday (kitchen open from 12:00 to 21:45).
Open from 11:00 to 22:30 on Sunday (kitchen open from 12:00 to 21:30). |
