Established in 1983 The glory of the Mogul Cuisine begins with Emperor Babur, the founder of the Mogul Empire in the Indian Subcontinent. He was a noted gourmet who believed in eating good food and demanded the best. Their cooking style gradually blended with the prevalent Indian Cuisine of delicate herbs and spices, thus becoming known as the Mogul Cuisine.
